I had a poor experience with Indoor Comfort. I had them out to diagnose a problem with my air conditioner which resulted in a 30 minute diagnostic to determine that a $15 part was broken (motor run capacitor for blower). They wanted $279 for the part plus $69 for diagnostic fee so I decided to purchase the part myself locally for $15 and install myself as it was extremely easy. I did of course pay the diagnostic fee which was very fair.
